Rebuilt Colavosalon's website with a user-first approach — clarified messaging, restructured the content flow, and launched a responsive Wordpress site with analytics to track user behavior.
To better connect with potential salon owners, I revised the service messaging to focus on user value rather than technical features. The previous website highlighted functions like "Automatic notifications" without explaining how they directly benefit users.
By researching online salon owner communities, I discovered common challenges salon owners face like fragmented booking channels and missed client appointments. I then reframed the messaging to clearly show how our product solves these real pain points, making the product feel more relevant and actionable to target audiences.
After identifying the pricing page as one of the highest-traffic areas, I restructured it to highlight the value of paid plans by clearly contrasting them with the free plan. I organized the feature list to show key differences side by side and labeled each feature using intuitive, real-world language based on salon owners' daily workflows, making it easier for users understand how each plan fits their needs.
To support conversion, I strategically placed "Free Trial" and "App Download" buttons throughout the site. These CTAs appeared right after persuasive content, allowing users to take action the moment the felt convinced without friction.
To ensure a consistent and intuitive experience across devices, I applied responsive design that prioritized mobile usability, as a large portion of traffic came from mobile users. I adjusted layout spacing, font sizes, and images to optimize clarity on smaller screens.
In parallel, I upgraded the analytics setup from Google Analytics 3 to 4. This allowed us to track key sales funnel events, such as app download CTA clicks and drop-off points, which informed future content and layout improvements based on real user behavior.
